First Aid the Natural Way: NaturoKits {Review and Giveaway}

Of the remedies listed, arnica is definitely my favorite. I literally never leave home without it! It’s my go-to remedy anytime one of the children (or sometimes clutzy mommy) falls or otherwise has a bump/bruise.

Powdered activated charcoal

I would love this, my dad lived in Indonesia when I was a child and he would bring home Po Chai,(Sp?) which sounds just like this, it worked like a charm, and it was simply charcoal. I was the only kid I knew that never had a upset stomach – you just took this amazing stuff from Indonesia, and it was gone!!
